Queer Beyond Belief is a new UK-based organisation dedicated to cultivating, elevating, and protecting queer joy.
Established in response to the growing need for expansive, unapologetic spaces led by and for LGBTQ+ communities, we exist to do more than respond to crisis, we exist to build futures. We use storytelling, strategy and collective action to shift culture, support community and change the story of what’s possible.
At its core, Queer Beyond Belief recognises that LGBTQ+ communities require more than visibility to thrive, they need sustained investment, infrastructure, and opportunities to lead and innovate. Our work is driven by a commitment to amplify LGBTQ+ voices, support the development of talent, and create spaces that foster both cultural expression and long-term community resilience.
We aim to become a talent powerhouse, nurturing emerging and established LGBTQ+ talent across the UK through an ambitious programme of events, initiatives and funding.
